⚠️Requirements:
- Citizenship and location in the Russian Federation.
- Knowledge of subject areas and functionality of 1C:UH, 1C:ERP, or 1C:ERP*UH: BU, Tax Accounting, IFRS, Consolidation;
- Practical experience in setting up IFRS accounting in 1C:UH, 1C:ERP, or 1C:ERP*UH configurations;
- Skills in preparing project documentation, methodological materials, local normative and other documents (regulations, technical specifications, instructions), ability to set clear tasks for developers;
- Business process modeling skills;
- Experience in implementation projects;
- Ability to clearly express thoughts both orally and in writing.
- 1C certificates will be a plus.
✅Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews with Clients, creating and analyzing functional requirements, preparing project documentation (technical specifications, instructions, and other documentation), accepting work from programmers;
- Participation in the process of agreeing on requirements with Clients;
- Monitoring the execution of technical specifications, handing over work to the Client;
- Developing proposals for the implementation of functional requirements in the system;
- Analysis, modeling, optimization of business processes, analysis of functional gaps;
- Testing of developed software;
- Development of test scenarios;
- Participation in acceptance testing, elimination of remarks, in compliance with project activities and deadlines;
- Training and consulting users on working with developed functionality.

Salary range up to 210k rubles net.
