About the role

You will support the day-to-day financial operations of VentorTech’s legal entities in Poland, Estonia and the US.

This is a hands-on operational role focused on accurate and timely execution of established financial processes. You will also act as a backup for critical operations during Senior Finance Manager’s absence.

We are looking for someone who understands the logic behind financial processes, notices errors or inefficiencies and raises them proactively.

The position is part-time, approximately 0.5 FTE.

Responsibilities

• Process bank statements, categorize transactions and maintain accurate financial data in Odoo.
• Manage accounts receivable: monitor payments, follow up on overdue invoices, document agreements and escalate delays.
• Support the full payroll cycle for employees and contractors, including data collection, invoice verification and coordination with external accountants.
• Prepare and verify financial data for monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting.
• Prepare complete and accurate documentation for external accountants in Poland, Estonia and the US.
