An international IT company with 15+ years of experience in software development and technology consulting is looking for an HR & Payroll Specialist to manage HR administration and payroll calculation.

Requirements • 3+ years of experience in HR & Payroll in Poland, preferably in a company of 200+ employees • Practical experience with Comarch ERP Optima (Kadry i Płace), Płatnik, and PZU PPK • Experience in payroll calculation and report preparation: ZUS, PFRON, PPK, GUS, PIT-11, and PIT-4 • Knowledge of Polish labor, tax, and social security legislation • Polish B2+ and Russian C1+ • Good knowledge of Excel • Willingness to work from the office in Warsaw

Responsibilities • Calculate salaries, vacation pay, sick pay, compensation, and other payments • Prepare payroll and mandatory reports • Maintain HR documentation and support foreign employees • Interact with ZUS, US, PIP, GUS, Finance, and auditors • Monitor compliance with labor law requirements, OHS, and medical examinations • Coordinate the work of the HR & OHS team
