🔍 We're hiring: HR Business Partner (Poland) My team is growing, and I'm looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join us in Poland. This isn't a back-office HR role - it's a seat at the table. You'll be a trusted advisor to managers, someone who understands both the people side and the business side of decisions.

What you'll be doing: 🔹 Acting as a strategic, trusted HR partner to managers and leadership — not just an admin function 🔹 Owning HR projects end-to-end, from concept to rollout 🔹 Building HR processes from scratch where none exist yet 🔹 Proactively flagging HR risks before they turn into real problems 🔹 Navigating Polish labor law with confidence — different employment types, compliance requirements, and internal policy design 🔹 Guiding local benefits programs and processes for our Poland team

What I'm looking for: ✅ Deep, practical knowledge of Polish labor law (umowa o pracę, B2B, zlecenie, and the compliance nuances of each) ✅ Strong understanding of local benefits and how to administer them well ✅ An ownership mindset - you don't wait to be told, you see what needs to happen and drive it ✅ Comfort building things from zero - process, policy, structure ✅ Confidence advising leadership, not just executing on requests
