HR Operations Specialist

In this role you will manage the full operational employee lifecycle under our Polish entity:

• Manage employment documents in line with Polish labour law
• Support Global Mobility processes (work, residence permits)
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle (hires, absences, terminations etc)
• Maintain compliant audit-ready HR records
• Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize HR docflows
