💰 We're hiring a Senior Payroll & Equity Specialist!

Fundraise Up is a donation platform trusted by UNICEF, the Alzheimer's Association, and hundreds of nonprofits worldwide.

You'll own payroll end-to-end across multiple countries — accurate, on-time, and compliant — plus equity administration for our global team. This is an individual-contributor role (no direct reports) for someone who's hands-on, detail-obsessed, and comfortable juggling several jurisdictions and data sources at once.

⚙️ Tools: Remote, Deel, Rippling, Carta (equity).

What matters: — Multi-jurisdiction payroll experience (5+ countries) — Fluent with modern payroll platforms — Remote, Deel, Rippling — Equity administration experience, ideally on Carta — Strong Excel skills — Fluent Russian and English
