Responsibilities:
- Full payroll calculation for 6 legal entities, with a total staff of about 350 employees;
- Calculation of salaries, bonuses, vacation pay, sick leave, business trips, compensations, and other payments;
- Calculation and control of Personal Income Tax (NDFL) and insurance contributions;
- Verification of timesheets and primary documents for payroll calculation;
- Calculations upon hiring and termination of employees;
- Recording of payroll transactions in accounting;
- Preparation and independent submission of reports on payroll, NDFL, and insurance contributions;
- Reconciliations with the Federal Tax Service (IFNS) and Social Fund of Russia (SFR), responses to inquiries within your area of responsibility;
- Control of data accuracy and discrepancy resolution;
- Interaction with the HR department and accounting;
- Control of mutual settlements with employees;
- Consulting employees on calculated payroll;
- Participation in automation processes based on 1C.
Requirements:
- Experience in independent payroll calculation for 300+ employees;
- Proficient knowledge of 1C: ZUP 8.3;
- Work experience in 1C:ERP;
- Practical experience in independent report preparation and submission;
- Good knowledge of labor and tax legislation regarding remuneration, NDFL, and insurance contributions;
- Attention to detail and ability to work with a large volume of data.
- Will be an advantage: experience in calculating payroll for multiple legal entities simultaneously.
