🚀Head/TL Farming of Google Ads

We are looking for a strong specialist with experience in managing a farming department (preferably 5+ years) in the Google Ads area.

Tasks: • Management and development of the farming department • Quality control of farming and account results • Working with the farming team (task assignment, performance monitoring) • Personal farming to stay involved in the process • Control of proxies, anti-detect browsers, infrastructure • BINs, payment systems, bindings • Appeals for account unbans • Reporting and process optimization

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Google Ads farming • Understanding of the entire technical part (proxies, anti-detect browsers, payment systems) • Team management experience • Ability to maintain stable results
