About the position We are looking for an Account Manager who will be a key representative of the company in communication with casino operators and strategic partners.

This role combines developing long-term relationships, daily interaction with partners, and representing the company at major international industry events. We are looking for someone who can build trusting relationships, effectively coordinate processes, and represent the brand at a high level.

What you will be doing 🔹 Managing and developing a partner portfolio, building long-term relationships. 🔹 Monitoring cooperation terms and deadlines for each partner (bonus conditions, traffic volumes). 🔹 Analyzing partner needs, preparing individual offers to expand cooperation. 🔹 Face-to-face meetings with partners at international industry conferences. 🔹 Maintaining KPI reporting: contract status, interest in new terms, churn risks.

Who we are looking for 🔸 Experience in account management, customer success, or business development in iGaming — we consider different titles, but real experience in retaining and managing partners, not just attracting new clients, is important. 🔸 Solid understanding of the CIS market — most partners are from this region. 🔸 Experience in business negotiations and building B2B relationships. 🔸 English — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher. 🔸 Willingness for regular business trips abroad • Confidence in communicating with people of any status, presentable appearance. Will be a plus 🔹 Own network of contacts in the iGaming industry. 🔹 Knowledge of key players and specifics of the casino operator market.
