About the vacancy

A major streamer with a team of 20+ people, several casino partners, a sales department, a VIP direction, and support is looking for someone to take over the entire commercial block, bring order to it, and who is ready to personally get involved and do the work, not just manage from above.

What you will be doing

Team Management 🔸 Manage the sales department, account management, VIP direction, and support 🔸 Build interaction processes between departments

Sales 🔸 Personally close deals with partners 🔸 Develop new partnerships

Systematization 🔸 Implement KPIs and reporting for the commercial block 🔸 Ensure revenue growth and an increase in long-term contracts

Who we are looking for

Mandatory: 🔹 Experience in iGaming in the CIS market 🔹 Experience managing a commercial team 🔹 Personal experience selling to large clients 🔹 High level of independence, readiness to work without a ready-made structure 🔹 Love for systematization
