📍Head of Commercial and Growth (Remote)

About the company: A large streamer with a team of 20+ people, several casino partners, a sales department, VIP segment, and support is looking for someone who will take the entire commercial block under their wing and bring order to it, someone ready to personally get involved and do, not just manage from above.

🚀What you will do:

Team Management — Manage the sales department, account management, VIP segment, and support — Build interaction processes between departments

Sales — Personally close deals with partners — Develop new partnerships

Systematization — Implement KPIs and reporting for the commercial block — Ensure revenue growth and an increase in long-term contracts

✅What is important: — Experience in iGaming — Experience managing a commercial team — Personal experience selling to major clients — High level of independence, readiness to work without an established structure — Love for systematization
