📍Head of Commercial and Growth (Remote)

About the company: A major streamer with a team of 20+ people, several casino partners, a sales department, VIP segment, and support is looking for a person who will take over the entire commercial block and bring order to it, ready to personally get involved and do, not just manage from above.

🚀Responsibilities:

Team Management — Manage the sales department, account management, VIP segment, and support — Build interaction processes between departments

Sales — Personally close deals with partners — Develop new partnerships

Systematization — Implement KPIs and reporting for the commercial block — Ensure revenue growth and the number of long-term contracts

✅Requirements: — Experience in iGaming — Experience managing a commercial team — Personal sales experience with major clients — High level of independence, readiness to work without a ready-made structure — Love for systematization
