We are looking for a strong commercial leader to join the team of one of the largest streamers in its niche. In addition to media activities, the project has its own commercial ecosystem that works with leading iGaming partners. The business is currently in a phase of active scaling and is looking for a leader who can build the commercial direction practically from scratch.
📍 Remote | Full-time 💰 Salary: from $5,000 NET + strong bonus system 🌍 Location: Europe
Responsibilities • Lead the commercial block (Sales, Account Management, VIP Account Management, Customer Support). • Build and implement CRM, KPIs, reporting, and commercial processes. • Personally conduct negotiations with major partners and conclude long-term contracts. • Develop new partnerships and scale the commercial structure. • Manage the team and build interaction between departments.
Requirements ✔️ Experience in iGaming. ✔️ Experience in positions such as Head of Sales / Head of Business Development / Head of Affiliate / Commercial Lead. ✔️ Successful experience managing commercial teams. ✔️ Experience in independent sales to major clients. ✔️ Experience in building commercial processes and departments from scratch. ✔️ Having a professional network in the industry will be an advantage.
