🎯 Head of Sales | Remote
We are looking for someone to build B2B sales of a VR platform for casinos from scratch.
About the product: A white-label VR ecosystem for casinos and iGaming operators — a tool for reactivating high rollers and increasing LTV. First clients are already signed, the product has been presented at international conferences.
🤖 A VR headset in the hands of a high roller is not a gadget. It's a tool that brings the casino's best players back.
What you'll do: ✔️ Personally close B2B deals with casinos and operators ✔️ Build a sales department: KPIs, pipeline, playbooks ✔️ Attend conferences, work with your network ✔️ Hire and grow a team under you
Who we're looking for: 🔹 5+ years in B2B sales, iGaming experience is mandatory 🔹 Closed large deals at the C-level 🔹 Have a database of contacts in casinos / among operators 🔹 Ready to sell hands-on, not just manage 🔹 English from B2+ 🔹 Ready for business trips and conferences
Conditions: 🔹 Salary is discussed individually + % of closed deals 🔹 Remote, full-time employment 🔹 Direct influence on product strategy
