Format: Full-time | Remote
Ukrainian investment holding (4+ years in the iGaming market) is looking for a strong leader capable of building a seamless account production pipeline and taking the technical infrastructure to the next level.
Tasks:
- Building and developing the farming direction for ASO and Media Buying teams (Google Play Console, GADS, Workspace).
- Launching from scratch and scaling the Apple Developer Program / App Store Connect directions, and in the future — Meta/FB.
- Managing a team of farmers: hiring, training, KPIs, regulations, SLA, and accounting (Airtable / Notion).
- R&D and analytics: testing approaches, reducing costs, analyzing bans, increasing lifetime, and verification percentage.
- Information security control: KYC, legal entities, billing, 2FA, and secure data storage.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in the position of Head/Lead Farm in arbitration teams (iGaming / Gambling — as a plus).
- Deep expertise in Google & Apple infrastructure and understanding of application publishing rules.
- Practical experience with KYC, working with payment systems, legal entities, and protection against blocking.
- Strong management skills: ability to build processes, calculate economics, and manage people.
Will be a plus:
- Experience with Meta BM / FB Ads / Business Verification.
- Automation skills (API, Apps Script, CRM).
- Experience building infrastructure from scratch.
