We are currently looking for a Paid UA Manager (Middle+) to work with mobile applications and games in international markets. We are looking for a versatile specialist who can independently manage advertising campaigns, work with analytics, and identify growth opportunities considering product economics.
The main channels we work with are: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads (ASA), AppLovin, and Unity Ads.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns for iOS and Android: from goal selection and setup to performance analysis and scaling;
- Planning budgets and allocating them across channels, products, and geos, considering target KPIs;
- Analyzing the funnel from install to trial and purchase, evaluating retention, Revenue, ROAS, and payback;
- Formulating hypotheses and conducting tests of channels, audiences, and optimization strategies;
- Preparing briefs with designers and the Creative Producer, testing creatives, and developing successful approaches;
- Verifying the correctness of attribution and event tracking, resolving discrepancies between ad platforms and analytics with the technical team;
- Collaborating with product managers on conversion and monetization, and considering the impact of product changes on user acquisition;
- Preparing clear reports with conclusions and recommendations for next steps.
You are an ideal fit if you:
- Have experience in independently managing Paid UA for mobile apps or games at the Middle+ level;
- Are proficient in at least two of the main advertising channels and have experience with several sources from our list;
- Have experience optimizing for in-app events or ROAS and understand when to scale from testing;
- Understand the economics of user acquisition: CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS, and payback, and can assess user quality after install;
- Have worked with MMPs, such as AppsFlyer or Adjust, and understand iOS attribution limitations, including ATT and SKAN;
- Are proficient with data in Excel or Google Sheets: formulas, pivot tables, and cohort analysis;
- Can independently set priorities, justify decisions with data, and bring tests to a conclusion;
- Possess English language skills sufficient for working with documentation and communicating with ad platform representatives;
- Are ready to develop expertise and master new advertising channels.
It will be a plus if you:
- Have experience in Web UA and Web-to-App: acquiring traffic to landing pages, analyzing web funnels, and their connection to in-app conversions;
- Have worked with subscription and ad monetization products;
- Have experience with RevenueCat, Firebase/GA4, or BI tools;
- Have launched new products and channels with a limited test budget.
What we offer:
- A friendly team with established project work processes;
- An excellent platform for experiments with a large number of active users;
- The opportunity to work with various mobile products, advertising channels, and international markets;
- Payment for professional development courses;
- Medical insurance, sick leave pay, and sports compensation;
- A high degree of decision-making freedom and opportunities for self-realization;
- The chance to attend and present at professional conferences on behalf of the company.
If you enjoy working with data, finding growth points, testing hypotheses, and seeing how acquisition decisions impact product economics, we would be happy to meet you.
Application stages:
- Joint interview with HR and Marketing Lead;
- Test task.
