Mobile UA Manager (Google + Meta)

Intro: 🔸We are looking for a hands-on Mobile UA specialist who has personally managed Google Ads and Meta for the US, works with iOS, understands CAC/LTV, knows how to build attribution and cohorts, and is ready to manage budgets up to $500k/month in a profitable company📱💰

Responsibilities: 🔸Take full ownership of Google + Meta: strategy, ad accounts, bidding, daily operations. 🔸Restore volumes for the main product and keep CPI within the target range. 🔸Find a working solution for the new product. 🔸Manage contractors and build analytics (AppsFlyer + Amplitude). 🔸Be responsible for unit economics, not for CTR.

Requirements: 🔸5+ years of experience in paid traffic. 🔸Experience with US market acquisition, hands-on, mobile UA (iOS 90%). 🔸Strong Google Ads (App campaigns, Search, Smart Bidding). 🔸Meta at a high level – either manage it yourself or strictly control a contractor. 🔸Subscription products, low average check, high volumes. 🔸CAC/LTV mindset, cohort analysis as a working tool. 🔸MMP, SKAN, attribution, dashboards – independently. 🔸English: confident written, intermediate+ conversational.
