We need an engineer who takes a task to a working system as a whole – from optical calculations and code to installation on the line and setup with the operator.

Here, you don't need to coordinate every step with related departments – the decisions are yours, and the result is entirely yours.
Much is being done for the first time, there are no ready-made methodologies – this is where the challenge lies. We are looking for someone who enjoys making technical decisions independently and implementing them into hardware: assembling a setup, visiting the production line, discussing with a process engineer – all of this is part of the interesting work.

Readiness for regular business trips to production sites: on average 2–4 days per month, during the pilot launch phase – up to 1–2 weeks in a row at the plant.
Work takes place in the workshop, not just at a desk: equipment is located on the production line, in dusty, humid, and noisy conditions.
