We are currently looking for a content manager who will help us systematize ideas, package them into clear technical specifications for developers, and generate descriptions/concepts for each new application.

What you will do 🛠 — Come up with concepts and ideas for new applications (functionality, buttons, interaction logic). — Formulate technical specifications for the development team. — Create descriptions and brief presentations of applications for internal purposes and teamwork. — Monitor the quality of the implementation of conceived features (according to technical specifications).

** Our ideal candidate ✅** — Has experience in content management. Experience in applications, arbitrage, or related digital areas will be a big plus. — Experience in setting technical specifications is a big plus (you know how to clearly and structurally explain to developers what needs to be done). — Can clearly and structurally formulate thoughts into text. — Creative, able to generate ideas for different niches and verticals.

Work conditions 💼 — Fully remote work. — Schedule: 10:00 to 18:00 MSK time. — Volume: 60–80 technical specifications per week (technical specifications are generated using AI — you manage, refine, and set the task). — Salary: 50,000 – 70,000 rubles per month. — No regulations, boring meetings, or "checkboxes" — results matter, not the process. — Work with international projects and global brands. 🌍 — Warm and friendly atmosphere in the team. 🤝
