Hello! We are Kinoafisha. An online cinema publication whose projects are visited by about a million visitors daily. A team of over 20 people constantly works on their development.

We create and develop our own projects. They are growing and require more and more attention to scaling and automation. We are looking for a professional who knows how to build content processes, effectively use AI tools, and work for results with us.

Please be sure to indicate in your application your practical experience in creating and scaling content projects, as well as your experience in applying AI tools in editorial processes.

Your tasks will include:

• Creating and implementing a long-term content strategy;
• Creating and publishing news and editorial materials;
• Implementing AI automation in content production: generation, rewriting, processing, distribution;
• Building and optimizing editorial processes using AI tools;
• Analyzing placement results and content effectiveness;
• Building a newsroom (if successful);
• Participating in project development: from hypotheses to scaling.

What we expect from you:

• Successful experience in creating and attracting traffic to content projects (portals, media, blogs, etc.);
• Practical experience in applying AI tools for content production and automation;
• Understanding of SEO, search engine principles, market trends;
• Experience with analytics systems (Google Analytics, Yandex.Metrica, etc.);
• Independence, initiative, result-orientation;
• Knowledge of the specifics of cinema / events / entertainment will be a plus.
