📎 Looking for a Java + Python Developer

Salary: from 200,000 ₽ net Location: RF / RB Project duration: until the end of 2026, with plans for extension into 2027

Project: Developing a platform for working with legal documents and corporate data. The project utilizes an LLM agent, RAG search, MCP tools, and integration with an internal Java/Spring web service.

Responsibilities: • Developing backend services in Python and Java; • Integrating LLM, external APIs, and MCP tools; • Implementing RAG, embeddings, and document search; • Creating checks for model performance results; • Integrating with PostgreSQL, Redis, and file storage; • Writing tests, configuring logging and monitoring; • Participating in solution design and deploying functionality to production.

Required Skills: ✔️ Proficient in Python and Java (it's important for the candidate to work on AI tasks in Python and be able to connect them to a Java solution); ✔️ Experience in developing backend services and REST APIs; ✔️ Practical experience with LLMs or understanding of the core principles of LLM applications; ✔️ Experience with PostgreSQL; ✔️ Ability to write testable code and understand existing codebase; ✔️ Understanding of security and data access control issues; ✔️ Willingness to independently solve tasks and interact with other teams.

Will be a plus: ✔️ Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic or hybrid search; ✔️ Experience developing MCP services or LLM agent systems; ✔️ Working with DOCX, PDF, and Excel, knowledge of OOXML or Apache POI; ✔️ Experience in evaluating the quality of LLM responses; ✔️ Experience in LegalTech, ContractTech, or electronic document management; ✔️ Knowledge of corporate or locally deployed LLMs.
