🚀 Bell Integrator, a leading system integrator and accredited IT company within the GC Softline family, is looking for a talented Python Developer for an ambitious project in the Fintech sector.

💡 You will:

• Design and develop production systems for AI agents and LLM models using Python 3.12+.
• Implement a multi-agent architecture using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG.
• Develop and maintain high-load APIs using FastAPI/Django.
• Integrate with various databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, ChromaDB, QDrant).
• Create, train, and deploy ML models, work with Prompt Engineering.
• Containerize applications (Docker) and deploy them in Kubernetes.
• Participate in DevOps processes (CI/CD, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and optimize performance.
• Mentor colleagues and collaborate in Agile teams.

🌟 Your mission: Become the sole Python Developer in the team and be responsible for developing AI agents "from scratch" to production. From studying business processes to implementing an agent for document typing or other complex tasks.

✅ We expect from you:

• Deep knowledge of Python 3.12+ (asyncio, typing, dataclasses, pydantic, pytest) from 4-6 years.
• Practical experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, LLM API.
• Experience in developing REST APIs with FastAPI/Django.
• Advanced skills in working with PostgreSQL/Redis and vector databases.
• Confident proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, Git.
• Experience in implementing CI/CD, monitoring, logging.
• English B2+ for reading documentation.

🚀 Will be a plus: Fine-tuning LLM, MLOps, LLMOps, experience with GigaChat API.
