LEAD PYTHON DEVELOPER (GEN AI)
What you will be doing
- Development and enhancement of backend components and microservices in Python (FastAPI, asyncio).
- Development and enhancement of integration solutions for interaction with internal and external services via REST API.
- Development and enhancement of components related to the application of Generative AI and AI agent technologies.
- Development and enhancement of high-load services using PostgreSQL, Redis, and modern data handling approaches.
- Development and enhancement of asynchronous data processing and messaging mechanisms.
- Development and enhancement of solutions for service logging, monitoring, and observability.
- Participation in solution architecture design, elaboration of service interaction contracts, and selection of technical approaches.
- Participation in testing developed functionality and ensuring code quality.
- Interaction with the development team, analysts, architects, and QA engineers during project task implementation.
Our requirements for candidates
- 3-4 years of commercial Python development experience.
- Solid knowledge of Python 3.9+.
- Experience in microservice architecture and REST API development.
- Practical experience with FastAPI, asyncio, aiohttp, or httpx.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, SQLAlchemy.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming principles.
- Experience in containerizing applications using Docker and understanding Kubernetes fundamentals.
- Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions.
- Experience in writing tests (pytest, unittest, pytest-mock).
- Knowledge of application logging and monitoring approaches.
- Understanding of principles for building high-load systems.
Will be an advantage
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or other frameworks for building AI agents.
- Experience with local LLMs (Llama, Qwen, DeepSeek, Ollama, vLLM).
- Experience in FinTech projects or understanding the specifics of transactional systems.
- Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, APScheduler.
- Experience with MongoDB and vector databases.
- Understanding of modern Observability approaches (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, structlog).
- Experience using AI tools to improve development efficiency.
- Experience participating in Open Source projects or having a GitHub/GitLab portfolio
