🚀 SEARCHING: Lead Python Developer / Tech Lead 🐍
We are looking for an experienced leader ready to head the development of complex backend systems and AI services. This position is for those who love designing architecture from scratch and setting code standards.
What's in focus: — Designing high-load microservices (FastAPI, asyncio). — Building multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines (LangGraph, Vector DB). — Scaling infrastructure in K8s. — Mentoring the team, conducting in-depth Code Reviews, and implementing best engineering practices.
Requirements (Must have): — 6+ years of commercial Python development experience. — Solid understanding of the modern stack: SQLAlchemy, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL. — Experience in team management or tech leadership. — Understanding of system fault tolerance and monitoring principles.
