For one of our favorite clients - the largest trading platform (FinTech) - we are looking for an Online Reputation Management specialist. The role is responsible for the systematic development and protection of the brand's digital reputation in key markets - from strategy to team building and performance measurement systems.

👨‍💻 Responsibilities Develop and implement a global ORM strategy Identify priority markets, languages, and areas of work Build a KPI system for managing the ORM direction Based on data, decide which initiatives to scale, refine, or close Identify reputational risks, prioritize their handling Negotiate with key platforms regarding disputed/negative content, achieve solutions in the brand's interest within the platforms' rules and legislation Build and develop an international ORM team Manage contractors, tools, and the direction's budget

📎 Requirements 7+ years in ORM, digital reputation monitoring, marketing/brand analytics, digital PR, or related fields Experience building an ORM function from scratch Fluent English - independent negotiations with international platforms Strong analytics: metrics, hypotheses, root cause analysis, ROI assessment Experience with Reddit, Quora, Trustpilot, YouTube, industry/regional review platforms, search results Practical experience with reputation monitoring tools

➕Bonus: experience in FinTech, payment services, iGaming, or other regulated international businesses
