Responsibilities

• Search and attract new partners in the CPA and advertising networks sphere.
• Maintain relationships with current partners and manage offers.
• Conduct negotiations and conclude contracts.
• Launch, support, and optimize CPA campaigns.
• Analyze the effectiveness of traffic sources and key performance indicators (CR, EPC, ROI).
• Control technical integrations (postback, API, trackers) and monitor traffic quality.

Requirements

• Experience with CPA networks and cross-marketing is mandatory.
• Experience integrating networks and setting up agency accounts in AppsFlyer.
• English language proficiency level B2 and above.
• Developed negotiation skills and result orientation.
