We leverage years of experience in promoting live models and are transferring the best mechanics of organic traffic growth, storytelling, and performance content into the AI vertical. Currently, we are building a scalable Instagram traffic system for a network of AI models and are looking for a strong UBT specialist who can build and scale an organic growth machine.

Main task Driving and scaling organic traffic through Instagram Reels / Stories to AI model networks with subsequent audience conversion into subscriptions, dialogue, and monetization. We don't need an ordinary SMM specialist.

We are looking for a person who: understands Instagram algorithms, is able to work with retention and watch time, knows how to create engaging Reels, is able to build warm-up sequences and funnels, understands the mechanics of the adult/dating attention economy, is able to test and scale campaigns.

What is important to us in experience: Understanding Algorithms and Creating Hooks: In simple terms: You must think in terms of Retention Rate and Watch Time metrics. You should know how to create engaging Reels with a strong visual hook in the first 2 seconds, use trigger music, and the right editing dynamics to get the algorithm to promote videos for free to Tier-1 audiences (USA, Europe).

Meaningful Funnels and Psychology (GFE): In simple terms: The ability to build storytelling. We don't need just "pretty photos in a cafe". You need to sell emotion, intrigue, and the illusion of closeness (Girlfriend Experience). The warm-up in Stories should be native, so that the audience wants to click the link in the profile.

Task Setting (Producing AI Creators): In simple terms: You won't be generating images with neural networks yourself. But you are the director. You must be able to clearly, systematically, and in detail describe the task for the generation department (e.g., "Need a pack of 3 videos for Reels, shot from a low angle, evening light, red dress, looking at the camera and smiling") to get exactly the material needed for your funnel.

Will be a big plus dating verticals - experience in acquiring traffic in these verticals (or in the AI sphere) — a huge and decisive advantage. UBT Instagram affiliate / arbitrage experience working with account networks
