SMM Generalist
We are an international company, XPN Network, focused on creating a large number of diverse mobile (iOS) AI products in the areas of mental health / creativity / education, and more.
We are currently looking for an SMM Generalist who will be responsible for the strategy and development of social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube): viral content, trends, engagement, and community for two consumer products:
Coregulate
— a mobile application that helps people reduce anxiety, stress, and sleep problems
Painta
— an AI application for learning to draw
What you will be doing:
- Developing a viral content strategy for social networks
- Comprehensive development of social networks (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Community management
- Handling comments, DMs, and audience engagement
- Trendwatching and adapting trends into content
- Finding bloggers for influencer integration purchases in conjunction with an Influence Manager
Required Skills:
- Understanding the principles of creating viral content
- Understanding the principles of promoting news and events within communities
- Experience working with an international audience
- Using a data-driven approach in your work (making decisions based on ROAS and other performance metrics)
- Proficient written English (B2-C1)
- Proactiveness, autonomy, and results-orientation
Nice to have:
- Experience with AI models for generating graphics and motion content (especially experience with automated AI agents)
- Experience working in early-stage startups
