Job Description
We are an IT company with a product ecosystem in Web3 and DeFi. We are working on market promotion for projects: DEX, token, GameFi, educational platform, mempad, marketplace, and a number of new products under development.
We are looking for an SMM Manager who creates strong content, builds clear and attractive communication, finds growth points, and is responsible for reach, engagement, and content effectiveness.
You will work in the marketing team under the leadership of the lead, following an approved strategy with the opportunity to propose ideas and test new formats. A dynamic environment, interesting products, and the opportunity for professional growth along with the ecosystem await you.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience focusing on promoting Web3 products.
- Experience with social networks: X, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp, YouTube, Discord.
- Keen eye for modern trends and awareness of changes in the Web3 industry.
- English language proficiency – B2+ (Upper-Intermediate), preferably C1 for working with English-language sources, trends, and platforms.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of methods for gaining reach and followers on various social networks, considering their specifics.
- Understanding of audience engagement principles, reach growth, attention retention, and conversion.
- Ability to independently perform tasks according to an approved strategy and propose justified improvements.
- Advanced skills in using AI for writing text / conducting analysis / preparing visual content.
- Portfolio with examples of social media management, content projects, or cases with measurable results.
Responsibilities
- Creation, adaptation, and publication of content on social networks (X, Instagram, Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, WhatsApp, Discord, and other relevant channels).
- Preparation of posts, writing texts, and scripts for videos within the approved content plan.
- Preparation of situational visual content using AI tools.
- Generation of ideas, search for trends and references.
- Search and testing of new formats to increase views, reach, and subscriber count.
- Analysis of account performance and content effectiveness.
- Editing corporate media materials based on feedback from internal clients.
