PRAS is a Minsk-based IT company founded in 2011. The main part of our projects involves B2B and B2G web applications for new company directions and projects with multiple target audiences. We design user-friendly interfaces. We program complex services. We are currently looking for a designer (Graphic / UI / Creative) to join our team.

What you will do:

• Graphic Designer (60%): Company branding. You will be responsible for designing presentations, preparing visual case studies for portfolios, and maintaining the visual style of our social media. Banners, illustrations, and icons will also be part of your responsibilities.
• UI Designer (35%): Product development. We expect you to be able to build and develop UI kits, transform prototypes into user-friendly interfaces, and create impactful, memorable landing pages. Design implementation control and communication with the development team will naturally be included.
• Creative Writer (5%): Working with meaning. You will need to help shape the Tone of Voice for our interfaces and media communications.

What we need:

• Experience: from 2 years;
• Excellent command of Figma (autolayout, components, and all that);
• Basic Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects);
• Understanding of composition principles, typography, and user experience design, UI and UX design;
• Attention to detail, systematic approach to work;
