Senior Python Developer (Fullstack), Data Platform Core Development Group

We are building an internal agency platform — a system that allows creating and managing AI agents for working with corporate knowledge. Agents connect to documents, tools, and services, help teams quickly get answers and automate routine tasks.

We are looking for a developer ready to participate in the platform's creation, lay down the architecture, handle backend, frontend, and infrastructure, and work with internal customers.

Tech Stack: Python, FastAPI, gRPC, SQLAlchemy, Alembic, Pydantic, JavaScript/TypeScript, Svelte, PostgreSQL, Qdrant, LLM integration, embeddings, Haystack/LangChain, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Airflow, CI/CD, Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services in Python (REST, gRPC)
• Develop an administrative panel (UI) for managing agents, tools, scenarios, and access rights
• Integrate with internal company services (LLM, knowledge bases, vector stores, monitoring systems, Airflow, authorization systems)
• Implement agent logic: request routing, tool operation (MCP), contextual management
• Configure indexing and search for documents (Confluence, files, API sources)
• Ensure observability and stability: metrics collection, logging, alerting, integration with Sentry and Grafana
• Deploy and maintain services in Kubernetes (Helm), CI/CD
• Interact with internal customers: gather requirements, demonstrate new features, assist with migration

What's Important to Us:

• Python development experience of 3+ years
• Experience with REST API, preferably with gRPC
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL: complex queries, indexes, migrations
• Experience developing interfaces (JS/Svelte/React) or willingness to handle frontend tasks
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes
• Ability to work with customers: gather requirements, present results, assist with implementation
• Readiness for the full cycle: from idea to deployment and support

Will be a plus:

• Experience with vector databases and search engines
• Experience with LLM, RAG, agent architectures
• Knowledge of Haystack, LangChain
• Experience developing platform solutions for internal users
• Observability setup skills (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry)
