Project Description
A large fintech (bank). We are looking for a Python developer to join the ML applications support team. This position is ideal for developers who want to grow in Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and gain a deep understanding of the ML project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshooting of ML applications in the third line of support
- Analysis and resolution of incidents related to ML application performance
- Participation in optimization and refinement of existing code based on identified issues
- Collaboration with development and data science teams to resolve complex incidents
- Documentation of found solutions and improvement of support processes
- Development and support of integrations between services via REST API and Kafka
Candidate Requirements
- Solid proficiency in Python (commercial experience from 3 years)
- Understanding of system and service integration principles
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to understand and work with existing codebases
- Basic understanding of REST API principles
- Analytical mindset and a desire to deeply understand problems
- Willingness to learn and master new technologies
- A higher education degree is mandatory!!!
Will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge or interest in machine learning
- Experience with any of the stack technologies: Airflow, Hadoop, Spark, Kubernetes
- Experience with Apache Kafka or other messaging systems
- Experience developing integration services using REST API
- Understanding of CI/CD principles
- Experience with monitoring systems
