You'll help build the very AI-powered platform you use every day, with real autonomy over the features you ship. As an Engineering Manager at Wrike, you will lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-impact product and platform initiatives. You’ll combine strong technical acumen with people leadership, process excellence, and product thinking to drive timely and measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will own results end-to-end – from discovery and planning through execution, rollout, and continuous improvement – while helping your team grow and do the best work of their careers.
You will lead a cross-functional team of software engineers and work in close partnership with a dedicated Product Manager and Designer as an integrated “triad.” You’ll collaborate regularly with other product teams, platform/service owners, and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization. You’ll report to a senior engineering leader and be part of a broader engineering management community that shares best practices, learns from each other, and supports your growth as a leader.
