Lead of System Analysts Team

Company Koms is a product-based accredited IT company developing the C-VIEW monitoring and management system and solving complex IT system control tasks, from infrastructure monitoring to service delivery to the end-user. We are looking for a Lead System Analyst/Lead of the Analyst Team to join our team, who will enhance the quality of requirement elaboration and remove bottlenecks in analytics.

What you will be doing:

📌 Maintaining Analytics Quality

— Decomposing complex features (systemically, not just user stories)

— Elaborating logic, states, scenarios, and implementation risks

— Removing "fluff", bringing requirements to an implementable level

📌 Preparing for Development

— Ensuring the description of definitions of ready and the correspondence of results to key metrics

— Preparing tasks for estimation (grooming / PBG)

— Working closely with development and leads

📌 System Design

— Designing integrations (ITSM, monitoring, logs), component interactions, data flows

— Participating in solution architecture discussions

📌 Supporting Development

— Answering team questions, clarifying requirements during the process

— Updating documentation as implemented

📌 Managing the Analytics Team (2 people)

— Enhancing their skills, controlling the quality of requirements

— Implementing standards: checklists, templates, a unified approach

📌 Working with the Product

— Participating in feature elaboration with PM and PO + considering customization for clients

— Balancing between solution universality and project requirements

🔹 Requirements:

— Lead / Senior System Analyst experience of 3+ years

— Strong system analysis: complex systems, integrations, states, and processes

— Ability to bring requirements to an implementable level

— Direct experience working with development

— Tools: Jira / Confluence

🔹 Bonus points for:

— Experience in monitoring / observability / ITSM

— Understanding of microservice architecture

— Experience in enterprise / on-premise products
