Go Software Engineer (Middle+/Senior)

About the company We are a fintech company that develops technological solutions for trading, working with financial markets, and automating market processes. We operate at the intersection of software engineering, market data, and quantitative analytics. The team faces many complex technical challenges where it's important not just to write code, but to understand the problem, independently find a solution, and bring it to stable operation in production.

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain high-load services in Go.
• Design and implement pricing models, pricing formulas, and asset valuation algorithms.
• Develop algorithms for processing and analyzing market data.
• Integrate with external APIs, including partially documented or undocumented APIs.
• Work with web sources and extract data from unstructured and semi-structured information.
• Design and implement distributed mechanisms for inter-service communication.
• Automate processes related to trading and market systems.
• Optimize solutions in terms of performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Interact with quantitative analysts and other developers: translate analytical ideas and hypotheses into working production solutions.
• Independently tackle open-ended tasks where there isn't always a ready-made technical solution or detailed terms of reference.

What is important:

• Commercial development experience, including significant experience with Go.
• Level — Senior or strong Middle, capable of independently solving complex engineering tasks.
• Good understanding of software engineering principles, architecture, scaling, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work with APIs and data, including when documentation is incomplete or missing.
• Capability to process and parse partially structured information.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently seek solutions to problems.
• Readiness to work on tasks without step-by-step instructions and take responsibility for the result.
• Experience in fintech, trading, market data, quantitative development — a big plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
