Location: Limassol, Cyprus (Office, hybrid)
Salary: EUR 4,000 – EUR 5,000 (Net)

🎯 Your Role
You’ll be the engineer turning ideas into robust, maintainable, and high-performing services. We value structured problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to simplify complex systems.
🛠 Your Main Tasks
- Develop high-performance, testable, and maintainable code in Go.
- Design, implement, and improve microservices and distributed systems.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure production quality.
- Conduct code reviews, maintain coding standards, and share knowledge with the team.
- Integrate with third-party services and data providers.
- Refactor existing modules and propose architectural improvements.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in distributed systems.
💻 What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience with Go.
- Proficiency with Git (5+ years of experience; GitLab is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of SQL and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Deep familiarity with REST and RPC (e.g., gRPC) protocols.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker (Kubernetes is a plus).
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code backed by unit and integration testing.
Desirable Pluses:
- Strong understanding of concurrency and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with event-driven architecture.
- Experience with observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
