Ayan Capital is a UK-based fintech company building Sharia-compliant financial products: mobile banking, cards, transfers, and corporate services. It's important to us not just to fill the position, but to find an engineer who cares about code quality, operational reliability, and how the system works as a whole. We are looking for a specialist to work in our Tashkent office. What we want to see

• Go commercial development experience of 3+ years
• PostgreSQL: query optimization, indexes, execution plans, transactions, and isolation levels
• Experience with JetStream, Kafka, or RabbitMQ; understanding of at-least-once, idempotency, and dead letter patterns
• Experience with Redis: caching and distributed locks
• Confident work with Docker and CI/CD

Will be a plus

• Practical experience in frontend development with React and confident knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience in fintech, banking, or payment services
• Experience with MongoDB and Kubernetes
• Understanding of distributed transactions and event-driven architecture
• Experience profiling Go services: pprof and tracing

What you will be doing

• Developing onboarding services and designing new ones from scratch
• Developing and maintaining user interfaces with React
• Working with event-driven processes in JetStream: streams, consumers, handling races and failures
• Integrating external partners and services
• Identifying and eliminating bottlenecks: queries, indexes, caches, and concurrent processing
• Participating in code reviews and technical decision discussions
