Game Marketing manager

DreamVR is a studio that develops games and software in the AR/VR field and beyond. We are currently developing a unique mobile rhythm arcade game that has the potential to revolutionize the genre and open up a new niche in the mobile market.

We are looking for a talented Game Marketing manager, passionate about GameDev, who will help promote our game worldwide and achieve great success!

Work format: in-office (Tver, Dementyeva, 5b) / remote work / hybrid. We assist employees willing to relocate. Employment: full-time

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of the marketing promotion strategy. Adjust based on analytical data and A/B testing.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, identify the target audience and their preferences.
• Create technical specifications for creatives, reels, and other marketing materials. Interact with performers.
• Find, collaborate with, and establish partnerships with influencers/bloggers.
• Search for and further interact with an outsourced marketing team.

Requirements:

• Understanding of content specifics across various platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Discord, and others.
• Experience in promoting game projects.
• Understanding of the mobile market specifics. Ability to identify and work with the target audience.
• Knowledge of User Acquisition principles and working with ad networks.
• Skills in working with analytical tools and data analysis.
• Proactiveness, readiness to adapt quickly to changes.
• English language proficiency at an Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
