MLOps Engineer with Team Lead function

Good afternoon! Seeking an MLOps Engineer with Team Lead responsibilities for a banking project.

Compensation: 430000-466700 RUB gross under employment contract, and 500000-527300 RUB gross under self-employment contract (before taxes) (depending on employment type and technical interview results).

Responsibilities: Team Management

1. Configure and deploy infrastructure components.
2. Adapt/develop automated pipelines from scratch for current business needs (AutoML, LLM, computer vision, etc.).
3. Create and maintain custom tools for working within a unified ML application and training environment.
4. Scale developed systems and tools for managing the machine learning model lifecycle.

Requirements: Seeking an experienced engineer for the development team of centralized MLOps infrastructure and related projects.

Core Stack: Jupyterhub\Coder, Airflow, ArgoWF, MLflow, Seldon core, Python, Hadoop (spark, hdfs), Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes, longhorn, Jenkins, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL.

1. DevOps experience of [X] years (Docker, Helm, Jenkins/GitLab CI, Python).
2. ML/MLOps experience of [Y] year(s) (Airflow, Jupyterhub, MLflow, Seldon, CUDA).
3. Kubernetes administration experience of 2+ years.
4. Experience with Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, ELK.
