In the Customer Support team, we aim to deliver truly exceptional support to our players through a shared commitment of passion, consideration, collaboration, and innovation.

As a Customer Support Agent, you will accurately process standard player inquiries, ensuring high-quality assistance in strict accordance with our established procedures and guidelines.

We're looking for someone who shares our passion for gaming, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to build a career in player support. The rest will be provided from our side (tools, training, and growth opportunities).

Responsibilities:

• Processing user requests through various channels (Email, Web) and providing support strictly according to established processes and instructions.
• Identifying requests that are outside the scope of your competence and correctly escalating them to higher support levels.
• Participating in the process of updating content for internal and external Knowledge Bases following provided guidelines.
• Collecting, tagging, and forwarding incoming user feedback within established workflows.
• Accurately granting items and assets to user accounts in accordance with defined Runbooks.
• Participating in team discussions aimed at improving service quality and optimizing workflows.
• Completing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager with clear and complete instructions.

Requirements and Skills:

• English B1+ (both spoken and written);
• Excellent written communication skills;
• User-focused, passionate, solutions-focused, and innovative;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Strong interpersonal skills and desire to provide an excellent customer experience;
• Ability to manage time effectively.

Nice-to-Have:

• Fluency in any of these languages: Spanish/French/German/Italian/Brazilian Portuguese/Turkish/Arabic/Russian;
• Passionate gamer or UFL tester;
• Experience in a customer-facing role;
• Quick thinker – work proactively;
• Team player;
• Ability to work on one's own initiative.
