✅ Development Area: An international IT company engaged in the development and support of high-load projects for large companies, the main part of which are online entertainment services.

Tasks:

• Design, creation, configuration, and maintenance of pipelines based on GitLab CI and TeamCity;
• Operation and development of Nexus and Artifactory artifact repositories;
• Technical support for releases, participation in infrastructure changes;
• Automation of deployment, environment setup, and configuration management;
• Development and support of IaC solutions using Ansible;
• Operation and development of a centralized automation system based on AWX;
• Improving the repeatability, reliability, and predictability of infrastructure changes;
• Operation of infrastructure platforms and service execution environments;
• Configuration and operation of container environments and orchestrators;
• Administration of secret management systems (Vault) and service discovery (Consul), access policies, ACL, KV storage, integration with services;
• Development of monitoring, alerting, and observability systems;
• Incident analysis, participation in postmortems, and implementation of preventive solutions;
• Participation in building and developing fault-tolerant infrastructure;
• Collaboration with development teams and system administrators;
• Consultations on infrastructure and operational aspects;
• Participation in standardizing approaches and improving Developer Experience (DX);
• Maintaining technical documentation.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience with Windows infrastructure and Active Directory;
• Understanding of PKI principles and certificate management;
• Experience in designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines;
• Practical experience in designing, deploying, and supporting HashiCorp Nomad: architecture design, integration with Consul/Vault, workload deployment and migration, deployment process automation, troubleshooting allocation/task failures, platform development and operation;
• Experience in building .NET applications: working with MSBuild/dotnet build and NuGet dependencies, diagnosing problems;
• Proficiency in DevOps practices (IaC, immutable/reproducible environments, shift-left, observability);
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell and experience developing PowerShell solutions with a production approach (code conventions, best practices, code maintenance and development);
• Practical experience in automation using Ansible;
• Understanding of service isolation and execution environment models, virtualization (Hyper-V), process isolation, containers;
• Experience with artifact repositories (Nexus and/or Artifactory) and understanding their role in the product delivery pipeline;
• Experience with monitoring and logging systems (Zabbix, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch);
• Understanding of observability principles and practical experience working with application metrics, logs, and traces for incident diagnostics;
• Diagnostic skills using a hypothesis-driven approach: analyzing logs, metrics, and behavior to reconstruct the service's operational model (black-box analysis);
• Ability to read others' code (C#, Go) for troubleshooting and developing infrastructure tools;
• Understanding of the specifics of operating web applications and web servers on Windows: IIS, Kestrel, Windows Services, NSSM-wrapped;
• Ensuring infrastructure compliance with the target state: identifying configuration drift and eliminating it through automation and standardization;
• Understanding of inter-service communication principles: REST API, message queues, RPC. Debugging HTTP requests, working with JSON/XML, using curl/Postman/Invoke-RestMethod;
• Basic Linux knowledge;
• Skills in diagnosing and troubleshooting problems at the infrastructure, OS, and pipeline levels;
• Quick response to incidents and a systematic approach to their resolution.

Plus Skills:

• Experience in developing in C# or Go: creating utilities, CLI tools, and services for automating infrastructure processes;
• Understanding of Active Directory Tier model and bastion architecture;
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry framework;
• Experience administering AWX;
• Basic k3s/k8s knowledge;
• Experience supporting critical or high-load backend services.
