Senior Android developer

Our team is looking for a Senior Android developer (LATAM only) for one of our clients.

Our client is a global technology company specializing in custom software development and digital product engineering for startups, scale-ups, and enterprises. The project is a healthcare technology platform that simplifies healthcare navigation for employees at major companies. This role is part of a strategic initiative to expand support for clients across the West Coast region.

Working time zone: PST (Pacific Standard Time), 5–6 hours overlap with Pacific Time (roughly 9 AM–3 PM PT).

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Develop and maintain scalable healthcare mobile features in Kotlin
• Implement new product capabilities aligned with business requirements
• Ensure high code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices
• Collaborate with backend and product teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Take ownership of technical decisions and production-ready delivery

Our expectations of the ideal candidate:

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android SDK with 4–6+ years of commercial experience
• Experience building scalable Android applications with modern architecture patterns
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
• Experience working in distributed Agile teams with fluent English communication

English: Upper-Intermediate or higher
