We work on two projects. Femida is the heart of Yandex's hiring. It stores the candidate database, maintains a catalog of interview tasks, creates vacancies, selects candidates, and manages their hiring through special workflows. Interviewshnitsa is a platform where a candidate's practical skills are tested using specially selected tasks.
Technology stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS, Storybook, Testplane, Jest, testing-library.
Frontend development You will build interfaces from ready-made UI-kit components from HR Tech or create new unique components. We actively add new features and improve existing ones.
Infrastructure setup You will configure CI/CD, deployed applications, and tools for development and automated testing to automate routine tasks and increase development speed and quality.
Implementation of practices You will implement best development practices and accelerate time-to-market using modern AI tools.
