Vacancy: Head of Analytics (iGaming, Tier‑1)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Analytics who can transform complex data into understandable business solutions and lead a team of analysts in an international iGaming startup.

🔹** Main tasks:** Analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends and opportunities. Building and optimizing dashboards, reports, and data models (BI tools). Designing and supporting ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, SQL). Collaborating with management and departments to develop data‑driven strategies. Monitoring data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conducting in-depth analytical research and providing recommendations to stakeholders. Optimizing data storage and processing.

🔹 Requirements: 4+ years of experience in data analytics (preferably in tech or gaming). Excellent knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Experience with web analytics. Understanding of ETL processes and a desire to grow in this area. Hands-on experience in building predictive models and applying statistical methods. Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-oriented manner. English - B2 level. Knowledge of Ukrainian will be an advantage for team interaction.
