Our team is creating the SberSoft system (Software Asset Management).
The system is designed to manage software assets throughout their entire lifecycle:
- creation of software assets;
- cost accumulation: capital investment stage;
- capitalization: intangible assets stage;
- decommissioning of software assets;
- transfer of costs between assets;
- viewing reports and monitoring process quality.
Our team faces the challenge of migrating the SberSoft (SAP) system to the FinAl platform (Sber Group's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform) being developed by the bank.
The project includes stages of requirements gathering, development, and rollout to production, and is planned for several years ahead.
Responsibilities
- clarifying requirements from the Business Analyst and other stakeholders
- participating in solution architecture development together with the solution architect
- formalizing functional and non-functional requirements
- designing API methods
- building sequence diagrams
- database modeling (ER diagram)
- designing asynchronous integrations (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
- consulting developers and other team members
- controlling the implementation of requirements at all stages of the lifecycle
- providing expert support in product testing
- participating in handling defects and incidents to resolve technical issues as a 3rd line of support
Requirements
- from 6 years of experience in system analysis
- proactive approach at each stage of the product lifecycle
- knowledge of technical and technological solutions and development trends in IT
- communication and presentation skills.
Will be a plus:
- experience as a business analyst, developer, tester
- experience in business process modeling in BPMN notation
- experience with BI systems
- excellent knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data analysis
