We are inviting a Senior System Analyst to join our team for a project on automation and reengineering of automated processes for Rosreestr, within the framework of digital transformation concept.
Rosreestr is a federal executive body responsible for providing state services in the field of property registration and cadastral accounting.
The complexity and uniqueness of the project lie in the fact that the launch will occur in 3 phases, with the "new" and "old" parts of the information system operating simultaneously for 3 years, ensuring data consistency in the registers.
The project will culminate in the "new" FGIS EGRN. This will significantly improve the reliability and fault tolerance of the system, optimize data storage, optimize business processes, and, as a result, reduce the time for Rosreestr to provide state services, increasing the accessibility of services for citizens.
What you will be doing:
- Participation in the full cycle of software development and process automation
- Development of the basic solution architecture and its discussion with the development team
- Analysis of business requirements, development of technical solutions, and integration interactions
- Preliminary estimation of task complexity, their decomposition, and distribution for iterative development
- Testing and demonstration of developed functionality
- Preparation of technical documentation
What we expect from you:
- Higher technical education
- Understanding of the procedures and principles of collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements for software development
- Knowledge of information system architecture principles, specifics of building distributed systems, and microservice architecture
- Knowledge of business process description notations (BPMN, UML, IDEF)
- Understanding of the web application development lifecycle
- Experience in designing REST API
- Experience working with Kafka, RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of SQL, Git, PostgreSQL. Ability to write SQL queries
- Confident skills in documentation and working with automation tools (GitLab, Jira, Confluence)
