✅ Mandatory: • Citizenship and location: Russian Federation • Experience managing an analytics team as a lead analyst • Experience independently managing tasks from business requirements to release • Ability to conduct daily team meetings and rituals (stand-ups, status updates, etc.) • Skills in gathering requirements through interviews, system research, and document review • Skill in documenting requirements in the format of use cases/user stories/technical specifications • Ability to model UML diagrams: Activity, Use case, Sequence • Skill in modeling business processes using BPMN at an analytical level • Skill in designing integrations for REST API, Kafka • Experience documenting APIs in OpenAPI specifications • Knowledge of testing tools Postman, Conductor (or similar) • Skill in designing databases in PostgreSQL, Redis and describing Entity-Relationship models • Skill in writing SQL scripts • Experience working with microservice and monolithic architectures. Knowledge of API Gateway, BFF architectural patterns • Experience in preparing and conducting product presentations and status updates
➕ Will be a plus: • Experience documenting APIs in AsyncAPI specifications • Experience working with MongoDB, ClickHouse, Greenplum, Yandex S3 databases
📌 Responsibilities • Interact with users, clients, and other stakeholders to identify their needs and collect feedback. • Collect, analyze, and validate system requirements (functional, non-functional). Design solutions for their implementation. • Decompose and assign tasks to the development team (backend, frontend, API, integrations, databases) • Interact with adjacent teams for the implementation of cross-team projects • Advise teams on emerging issues during development and testing phases • Participate in incident analysis, identify causes, and propose solutions • Manage the team of analysts as a lead analyst
