We are looking for someone who is not afraid of interesting, non-trivial tasks! We are launching an ambitious federal-scale project and are looking for a Middle System Analyst ready to participate in architecture design, bridge business analytics and development, and work at the intersection of IT and science.
What you will do: ☝️ Participate in the development of the architecture for federal-scale information systems and services. ☝️ Bridge business analytics and development, design high-level system designs. ☝️ Document system requirements, integrations, specifications, architecture, reference data, APIs. ☝️ Design databases and describe existing ones. ☝️ Participate in the regulation of interaction processes with partners. ☝️ Participate in the design of biological data processing pipelines.
What we expect from you: 🗳 At least 3 years of experience as a system analyst. 🗳 Ability to read and develop BPMN, ER, Sequence diagrams. 🗳 Knowledge of SQL at the level of simple queries. 🗳 Understanding of IT system design and interaction issues: API, Kafka, JSON, GraphQL, replication, database sharding. 🗳 Proficient in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), experience with Draw.io. 🗳 System thinking, logical mindset, fluent Russian language. 🗳 Proactive attitude, ability to bring tasks to completion, responsibility, and diligence. 🗳 Developed negotiation skills, ability to organize meetings and discussions.
Will be a plus: ▪️ Basic knowledge of Python. ▪️ Experience in development or business analysis. AI Literacy: ▪️ Understanding of how to use AI in work without creating "cognitive debt" and compromising reliability.
