Unimatch Lab is an AI-driven Venture Studio from Silicon Valley. We are building a portfolio of AI products: from consumer applications and smart devices to local LLM clusters and infrastructure AI software. We are looking for a communication designer who will make our products "sellable" from the first screen, from store screenshots to landing pages and presentations.

🔥 The role is for you if you have:

• 2–3+ years of experience in UI/visual design of digital products • Mandatory experience in creating screenshots for App Store / Google Play with A/B tests • Understanding of localization and ability to adapt creatives for different markets (US, Asia, etc.) • Strong portfolio of interfaces, branding, product visuals • Proficient in Figma (including Figma Slides), Photoshop / Illustrator are a plus • Understanding of UX principles, but the main focus is on visual UI and creatives • A sense of typography, color, and composition at a level you are proud of • Experience creating UI Kits, design systems, guidelines, and working with a brand

✨ Will be a plus:

• Experience working with startups or product teams • Knowledge of ASO principles and the impact of design on conversions • Motion design skills (animation, micro-interactions) • English and other languages for working with localizations

🚀 What you will be doing:

• Creating conversion screenshots for App Store and Google Play, considering A/B tests • Adapting visuals for different markets, taking into account cultural and visual specifics • Creating presentations in Figma Slides • Developing creatives for social networks • Designing product landing pages • Assisting with UX/UI: designing UI screens and visual components for web and mobile • Maintaining and developing the product's design system and UI Kit • Creating visual communication: illustrations, icons, onboarding screens
