Quant Trader in C++
Work format: remote / hybrid / office (Lakes Towers, Dubai). Willingness to be available from 13:00–18:00 Dubai time.
Location: any; relocation to Dubai (company-sponsored)

Salary range: no limits, negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Developing trading strategies for the crypto market.
- Conducting strategy research and forming conclusions/hypotheses.
- Preparing and writing requirements/specs for developers autonomously.
- Adapting already implemented strategies to the company's infrastructure (rebuild / integration).
Requirements (must-have):
- Practical experience in developing and deploying crypto strategies.
- Ability to manage the full cycle: «idea → research → implementation → deployment → support».
- Autonomy: independently develop strategies, conduct research, write specs, and manage interaction with development.
- C++ as the primary tool/stack (not just keywords, but real ability to deliver results).
- Willingness to work with high commitment, without emphasis on work-life balance.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in specific strategy types: CEX / DEX / arbitrage systems, etc.
- English B2.

- In addition to a fixed part, a variable part / percentage of results (PnL share / bonus) is possible – individually.

- Work according to GMT+4 time zone. Mandatory availability window: 13:00–18:00 Dubai time (flexible outside these hours).
